She advocates for sustainable changes that are catered to an individual’s unique lifestyle and works closely with her patients to provide guidance, support and motivation. She believes in the “All Foods Fit” philosophy, challenging clients to embrace intuitive eating.
Originally from Los Angeles, California, Rosalia completed her Bachelor’s degree at the University of California, Davis in Nutrition with a minor in Psychology. Later, she completed her Dietetic Internship through the California Department of State Hospitals, Atascadero. She relocated to Nashville in the summer of 2022 and is excited to explore the city with her partner. When she’s not working, Rosalia enjoys outdoor activities of all kinds, including rock climbing, open water swimming, and hiking. When not outdoors, she enjoys baking and doing lots of yarn art (crocheting and knitting!).
