She is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Be Body Positive Facilitator, and holds a Behavior Change Specialist certification through ACE. Julie strives to help individuals feel supported and empowered to make peace with food and develop a healthy relationship with their body. She understands that individuals have their own unique experience with food and body. She works to meet people where they are at.

After graduating with a B.S. in Dietetics from Lipscomb University, Julie went on to complete her dietetic internship through Lipscomb University. She has 15+ years of experience as a Registered Dietitian working in medical nutrition therapy, health coaching, wellness programming, and nutrition counseling.

When Julie is not supporting people on their wellness journey, she enjoys traveling, camping, hiking and bike riding with her spouse, 2 kids and her dog, Jordy. She is a lover of dancing, music, movies, and food. She likes to express her creativity through DIY furniture projects and styling home spaces to feel comfortable and cozy.
