She is passionate about helping people find that healthy relationship with food and freedom from diets, food rules, and black/white thinking. Cassie earned a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and completed her dietetic internship through Lipscomb University. She has worked at all levels of care in treating eating disorders including residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient treatment. Cassie also has extensive experience working with mental health and substance abuse. When Cassie isn’t working she enjoys watching Netflix, baking, being in the kitchen, calligraphy and being active!
